Melissa Brown has worked in Asia for the past 25 years. She has played a leading role in various Asian investment organizations focused on mainstream and sustainable investment strategies for public and private equity investors. As a member of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment Advisory Council and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Listing Committee, she has been actively involved in numerous investor-focused policy initiatives. Ms. Brown has a 15-year track record as a securities analyst at leading investment banks including JP Morgan and Citigroup where she covered companies across the Asian region, with a particular focus on the power sector.
Myrick Hatch has worked in Asia for over 25 years. Mr. Hatch possesses a breadth of experience in finance and general management, having served in the both the retail and semiconductor industries as CEO and CFO. He has worked an investment banker at Barclays de Zoete Wedd, HSBC, and SG Cowen, and prior to that as an investment manager in both public and private equity. Most recently, Mr. Hatch has worked in cooperation with the Sunflower Foundation, a domestic Chinese NGO focused on environment, agriculture, health care and poverty alleviation. In addition, he has acted as a senior consultant on China-focused investment projects and joint ventures in the health care and agriculture sectors.
Grace Lee has a distinctive eight-year track record as a successful private equity investor. Ms. Lee trained as an investment banker at JP Morgan in New York and then spent 10 years as a senior investment banker based in Hong Kong where she was involved in benchmark transactions for a number of leading Chinese corporations and institutions. Later as a private equity investor, she focused on transactions in pillar sectors of the Chinese economy and achieved exits with both foreign and domestic buyers. Ms. Lee has also worked with local governments and other groups on economic development projects. Ms. Lee received her MBA from the Business School of University of Western Ontario in Canada.
